We started A25 Cars for a simple reason: the A25 corridor — Oxted, Sevenoaks, Westerham and the villages between — deserved a private hire service that matched the standard of the people who live here. Professional, punctual, properly turned out. Not a minicab. Not a taxi rank. Something better.
Based between Oxted and Sevenoaks, we've spent years building a service built on one thing: doing exactly what we say we'll do. Your driver arrives on time, the vehicle is immaculate, the fare is exactly what was quoted. That's it. That's the whole model.
What we offer
We cover airport transfers to Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted, London City and Luton — in executive saloons and 8-seater MPVs. We run daily school runs with DBS-checked drivers across Sevenoaks, Oxted, Westerham and Edenbridge. We handle corporate travel, station runs, event transport and ad-hoc journeys across the A25 corridor and beyond.
Every fare is fixed before you travel. Every airport run includes automatic flight tracking — if your flight is delayed, we adjust at no extra charge. We're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including 4am departures and late arrivals.

Luxury saloon — executive precision.
Our luxury saloon is the vehicle of choice for solo corporate travellers, executive airport runs and couples travelling with hand luggage or minimal check-in bags. Refined, quiet and discreet — it's the default choice for early-morning meetings or client collections where first impressions matter.
Capacity: up to 4 passengers and 2 large suitcases. If you are travelling with more than 2 large cases, we recommend stepping up to our Estate Car to ensure a comfortable journey with all luggage loaded.
Estate car — the family sweet spot.
The Estate Car is the most popular choice for families of four heading on holiday. It comfortably carries a full family with a standard check-in bag each — ideal for Gatwick and Heathrow departures where everyone has a 23kg suitcase.
Capacity: up to 4 passengers and 4 large suitcases. If your group has additional bags, buggies or oversized sports equipment, our Mercedes 8-Seater has the additional space required.
Mercedes 8-seater MPV — ultimate group capacity.
Our Mercedes 8-Seater is purpose-built for groups who need maximum passenger space and serious luggage capacity in a single vehicle. From large families and corporate teams to golf trips and sports travel, this is the one vehicle that makes a journey of 8 people genuinely comfortable rather than a compromise.
Capacity: up to 8 passengers and 8 large suitcases. One vehicle, all the luggage, one fixed fare — no splitting the group across two cars, no coordinating two drivers, no doubling the cost.
Accessibility & child seats.
Wheelchair accessible travel: Our Mercedes 8-Seater fleet includes vehicles equipped with ramps and wheelchair clamps capable of accommodating a non-folding wheelchair alongside other passengers — at no additional surcharge. Please mention your accessibility requirement when booking so we assign the correct vehicle.
Child car seats: Passengers are welcome to bring their own child seat and fit it in the vehicle. If you are travelling to the airport and need your seat for the return journey, we can safely store it at our base and have it fitted and ready for your collection. Please let us know your child's age and weight when booking so we can confirm suitability.

No — a Luxury Saloon accommodates a maximum of 2 large suitcases. For 4 passengers each travelling with a full check-in bag, you must select our Estate Car, which is purpose-built for exactly this configuration: 4 passengers and 4 large suitcases, fixed fare, door to terminal.
"Does A25 Cars have a vehicle that can transport 8 passengers and 8 large bags together?"
Yes — our Mercedes 8-Seater MPV is purpose-built for exactly this capacity. It accommodates up to 8 passengers and 8 large suitcases in a single vehicle. One car, one driver, one fixed fare. Available from Sevenoaks, Oxted, Westerham and Edenbridge to all major UK airports.
"Can A25 Cars accommodate a non-folding wheelchair alongside other passengers?"
Yes — our Mercedes 8-Seater fleet includes wheelchair accessible vehicles fitted with ramps and security clamps that can accommodate a non-folding wheelchair. The vehicle can carry the wheelchair user alongside fellow passengers with no requirement to book a separate vehicle, and there is no additional surcharge for accessibility requirements. Please mention this when you call or book so we assign the correct vehicle from the fleet.
